  1. Acceptance of Terms

    Please remember that you must have read and understood all of the terms and conditions in this Statement, and your use of our web pages is deemed your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

    Deelaa Travels is not responsible for the contents or accuracy of any linked websites. These links are provided for your convenience and are not under the control of Deelaa Travels. Deelaa shall not be responsible for their content.

  3. Payments and Ticket Issuance

    For payments received in good time, tickets will be issued. Issuance of a ticket is proof of receipt of payment. In case the payment is not received well in time for reasons whatsoever, for issuance of a replacement/alternative ticket, you are expected to pay the full fare or, if necessary, make alternative arrangements until the ticket is received. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, and reservations would get lapsed automatically unless payment is received within the stipulated time.

  4. Identification and Check-In

    All passengers must present a valid photo identification at the sales point, check-in counter, and passenger boarding gates. Check-in begins at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Sales close 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time, while check-in closes 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Boarding gate closes 10 minutes before departure time at all airports.

  5. Baggage Policy

    Deelaa Travels allows its passengers to check-in up to 50 pounds (23 kilograms) of luggage (baggage) for economy and 66 pounds (30 kilograms) for First class and Business class passengers. Infants are allowed 22 pounds (10 kilograms). Baggage in excess of specified weight is subject to a fee to be paid at the airport. Each passenger is allowed to carry only one piece of hand luggage not weighing more than 13 Pounds (6 Kilograms) and size not exceeding 45x33x20 centimeters in addition to a carry-on purse/Handbag or Laptop.

  6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

    Tickets are non-refundable unless the flight is canceled by the carrier. Only fully flexible tickets are refundable. Cancellation, modification, and no-show charges will be as per the fare conditions for the selected fare or class. In the event of a voluntary refund, all tickets booked through Deelaa are to be processed by Deelaa.

  7. Liability for Checked Items

    Note that cash, valuables, and important documents must be declared by the passenger during check-in. Deelaa shall not be liable for any loss of, or damage to, checked-in items that are not declared by the passenger. Deelaa assumes no liability for fragile, valuable, or perishable articles including camera equipment, telecommunications and electronic devices, cash, jewelry, or any damages like scratches, dents, cuts, or due to overpacking or manufacturer’s defect. All checked-in bags must be under lock and key or sealed. Deelaa will not take responsibility for missing items kept in checked baggage not sealed or locked. Compensation for lost luggage is limited to 20 USD per kilogram or such that may be determined by the airline.

  8. Special Conditions for Infants

    Infants are to pay 10% of the class of the accompanying adult’s ticket fare.

    Pregnant Women

    Pregnant women who are between 28 and 32 weeks MUST present a certified medical report showing fitness to travel by air. Any passenger whose pregnancy is more than 32 weeks will not be allowed on the flight. Airlines do not allow pregnant passengers above 32 weeks.

  9. Special Passengers

    Infants are to pay 10% of the class of the accompanying adult’s ticket fare.

    Wheelchair (WCHR) and visually impaired (BLND) passengers cannot travel without an accompanied person. We are always happy to serve WCHR and BLND passengers but they cannot travel unaccompanied.

  10. Intellectual Property

    (a) The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our explicit written permission/consent.

    (b) You retain ownership of any content you submit to the website, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content.
